Senior Product Designer - Permanent Role

Your tasks

esponsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of digital products, user journeys, and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI/UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
• Support Agile development, review design implementation, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product design, UI/UX design, interaction design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital product design.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of user-centred design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Tailwind CSS is an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
