You don't need extensive recruitment experience. We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude, willingness to learn and drive to achieve results .
What You'll Do
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle:
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Contact candidates to understand their experience, career goals and job preferences
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
- Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
- Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare and endorse candidate resumes to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
- Keep track of candidate progress, interview outcomes and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Develop an understanding of our clients' requirements and hiring needs
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior recruitment, sales, customer service or business development experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Good follow-up and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
