IT Systems Officer [Permanent]

Employment Type:  Permanent Location:  Singapore Key Responsibilities Manage and support  Microsoft 365  environment. Configure and support  Microsoft Intune and Defender . Provide  L1/L2 IT support  to users. Troubleshoot IT hardware, software, network and firewall issues. Support IT onboarding, offboarding and asset management. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve IT issues. Provide onsite/remote support, including vessel support when required. Participate in standby support and overseas travel when required. Requirements 3+ years of L1/L2 IT support experience. 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience. Experience with  Microsoft Intune and Defender . Experience supporting  network and firewall solutions . Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Willing to work after-hours standby and travel overseas when required.
