Job Description
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage project documentation and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Perform system and database setup, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Support Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Server, and IT infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot network switches, IP addressing, and network connectivity.
- Install, debug, and resolve system and IT-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems deployment or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, databases, networking, and system architecture.
- Experience with database setup, clustering, backup/recovery, migration, integration, monitoring, and data security.
- Hands-on experience with system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.
- Familiarity with infrastructure services such as Active Directory, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, antivirus, patch management, and MDM.
- Experience supporting tender preparation and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of MS SQL, vulnerability assessment/VAPT, software development, access control systems, or high-availability technologies (e.g., failover clustering, NIC teaming) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills with good commercial awareness.
