Sustainability Executive

Your tasks

About the role An established multinational organisation is seeking a passionate Sustainability Executive to support its ESG initiatives, sustainable procurement practices and supply chain compliance activities.

• Engage suppliers to monitor ESG performance, sustainability practices and improvement plans
• Support supplier audits and sustainability assessments, including overseas visits
• Assist in implementing compliance procedures for the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
• Conduct environmental and social due diligence across the supply chain
• Maintain sustainability databases, dashboards and performance tracking reports
• Analyse ESG data and prepare sustainability reports to track progress against targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Geography, Business, Economics or related disciplines
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience preferred; relevant internship or project experience will also be considered
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG and environmental practices
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of GIS, geospatial tools or sustainability regulations is advantageous
• Willingness to learn and engage with stakeholders across different functions
• Willing to travel overseas approximately once a month (3–4 days per trip), primarily within Asia
