Senior Service Crew (F&B)

Location: Orchard Area Timing: Based on shift until 2am. Transport reimbursement provided.

Create great dining experiences in a 5 star hotel restaurant. This role offers the opportunity to take on a hands-on position across restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and personalised service to guests
• Take ownership of assigned service sections and support smooth daily operations
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Support restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining operations
• Manage billing and payment transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain service readiness, cleanliness, and outlet presentation
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Experience in a hotel, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of food service, beverages, and dining operations
• Comfortable using POS or electronic ordering systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
