What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement. Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and other channels. Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates. Conduct candidate interviews, assessments and career discussions. Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding with clients and candidates. Develop expertise across different sectors. What We’re Looking For Diploma/Degree in any discipline. Recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
