Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with the centre’s curriculum as well as MOE/ECDA guidelines
- Support children’s growth in language, literacy, social-emotional development, and inquiry-based learning
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Prepare developmentally appropriate learning materials and engaging activities
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development in accordance with ECDA and centre standards
- Build strong partnerships with parents through clear, timely, and supportive communication about their child’s progress and well-being
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE - T)
- ECDA Certified
- LON - L2
- Passionate about working with young children and supporting their developmental needs
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Prior preschool teaching experience is a bonus
