Salary: S$4,200–S$5,500/month + Performance Incentives Working Location: Somerset Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm Annual Leave: 15 days Start Date: Immediate or Short Notice Job Responsibilities Consult parents on suitable international schools in Singapore based on their children's educational needs and preferences. Recommend suitable school options and guide families through admission requirements and application procedures. Conduct school research, prepare school shortlists and follow up on application documents and deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams on academic assessments and learning support services. Follow up with prospective clients, maintain client records and support sales conversion and service renewals. Build strong relationships with parents through professional consultation and timely communication.

Job Requirements Good knowledge of Singapore international schools and their admission processes. Strong communication, consultation and client relationship management skills. Good sales sense with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable services. Able to manage multiple client cases, application timelines and follow-ups accurately. Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking parents. Experience in education consulting, international school admissions, student recruitment or education sales will be an advantage. Familiarity with Chinese-speaking international families and their education preferences is preferred.

Salary and Benefits Monthly salary of S$4,200–S$5,500, depending on experience and suitability. Additional performance incentives, with details to be discussed during the interview. 15 days of annual leave.
