Infant Care Teacher [East] #EC

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infant Care Teacher to join our early childhood education team in the East area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and supervision for infants
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to support infants physical, cognitive, language and social emotional development
• Ensure daily routines such as feeding, diaper changing, sleeping and hygiene are carried out appropriately
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment for infants
• Observe and document infants development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child care routines and development
• Work closely with colleagues to support the overall operations of the centre
• Comply with centre policies and early childhood education guidelines

Requirements

• ACEY certification and LON ( EY2 ) certification
• Candidates with relevant infant care experience will be considered
• Strong understanding of infant care routines and practices
• Caring, patient and responsible with good communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Can start immediately or short notice period
