E-Commerce Executive

Basic Salary: $2600 - $3000 Bonuses: Performance bonus, subjected to staff performance Location: Near Taiseng MRT Working Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday WFH. Key Responsibilities Manage online orders, product listings and SKUs across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon and WordPress. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overselling. Respond to customer enquiries, reviews and feedback promptly and professionally. Coordinate packing and shipping arrangements with the logistics team. Liaise with platform customer service to resolve issues. Support pricing updates, promotions and other e-commerce initiatives. Requirements Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant e-commerce experience. Proficient in MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
