Its businesses include IT system integration, training of data center service, hardware installation/ relocation/ post-sales services, and data center operation. With operation spanning across United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore. And additional outlets in Japan, Germany, India, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia, Dubai, and Vietnam.

Your tasks

Our team is looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager for our client, an established international company. You will lead the data center segment across Southeast Asia, serving as a subject matter expert responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and securing high-value deals with key accounts, consultants, and system integrators.

• Manage on-site execution of data centre projects, including: Module construction, Network deployment, Rack modification, Decommissioning, Ad-hoc cabling works
• Coordinate with TPM and local operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.
• Conduct IDC construction progress checks and provide timely updates and feedback to the TPM team.
• Manage project delivery across data centre sites within the assigned geographical area.
• Conduct preliminary site surveys and project assessments.
• Coordinate logistics and equipment/material deliveries.
• Manage on-site cabling, network integration and installation activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality and overall delivery timelines.
• Provide on-site engineering support during project implementation when required.
• Oversee project implementation across multiple data centre sites within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data centre construction, project implementation or on-site data centre operations.
• Experience in large-scale data centre environments will be an advantage.
• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification will be an advantage.
• IT-related background preferred.
• Knowledge of network architecture, servers, fibre optics and related infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
