COMPANY PRESENTATION

Our client is looking for a Multisite IT Referent - Operations Coordinator to ensure the coordination of IT services across several French sites and to represent the Group DSI to users and local management.

The Position

Reporting to an international IT organization, you will act as the local IT referent for several French sites. Serving as the true point of contact between users, management, the Service Desk, central IT teams, and external providers, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of IT services and support projects deployed locally.

An advanced level of English is required.

Missions

You ensure the stability and availability of IT services at the sites for which you are responsible.

You intervene in incidents requiring a local presence and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and external partners.

You ensure ticket follow-up, monitor compliance with processing deadlines, and identify recurring issues to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

You contribute to the local deployment of projects led by global IT teams as well as the implementation of local projects related to infrastructures, user environments, or site developments.

You provide regular reporting to local management and international IT teams.

SEARCH PROFILE

You are the local representative of the international Group DSI to the French sites and ensure the proper execution of IT services delivered by central teams and external partners.

You have worked in structured environments and possess a good understanding of IT infrastructures, Microsoft environments, workstations, networking, and associated services.

You are comfortable coordinating between users, management, central IT teams, and external providers.

Fluent professional English is essential to operate within the group's international environment.
