As part of a permanent position (CDI) creation, we are looking for reinforcement in the Project Management team on behalf of an International business services Group.

REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE HEADQUARTERS DSI, you will intervene as the future Technical Manager of 4 IT Application Project Managers, acting as the right hand to the Head of the department.

MAIN MISSIONS:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Full management of application projects, regarding both TECHNICAL, FUNCTIONAL, AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS
• Guaranteeing compliance with DEADLINES, COSTS, QUALITY, AND COMMITMENTS
• Coordination of various stakeholders (business, IT, service providers)

PROJECT REFERENT AND TRANSVERSAL SUPPORT

• Ensuring the smooth running of projects operated by the team, with a TRANSVERSAL VISION OF ALL INITIATIVES
• Sharing and disseminating PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION BEST PRACTICES
• Methodological support to the team's project managers
• Contribution to the alignment of projects with the STRATEGIC APPLICATION VISION

This position DOES NOT INCLUDE DIRECT HIERARCHICAL MANAGEMENT AT THE START, but requires TRUE LEGITIMACY LINKED TO EXPERIENCE, in order to play a role as a natural referent and RIGHT HAND in the management of the project portfolio.

A good balance between leadership, strategic vision, and technical understanding is indispensable for this type of position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or Engineering School
• +5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AN IT TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE
• +3 YEARS ON IT APPLICATION PROJECTS

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to challenge technical topics on the following tools: ADVANCED EXCEL, SQL, POWER BI, POWER AUTOMATE, WEB CONTEXT,
• FLUENT ENGLISH LEVEL: READING / WRITING / SPEAKING,
• LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT: supervision, coaching, and priority management
• PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: multi-project, budget, planning, risks
• IS STRATEGIC VISION: alignment with business challenges and IT roadmap
• IT TECHNICAL CULTURE: global understanding (infra, application, cloud, security)
• COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION: interaction with business units, DSI, management, and partners
• RISK & QUALITY MANAGEMENT: anticipation, governance, and best practices
• SERVICE PROVIDER MANAGEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT: supplier monitoring and user support

• FROM 50 TO 55 KEUR FIXED SALARY OVER 12 MONTHS depending on your profile
