After-Sales Support Technician M/F

Today, we are recruiting for a company recognized in its field of activity, an After-Sales Support Technician M/F.

Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, your role is to provide technical support by performing remote diagnostics (email, telephone) for our customers/distributors across various brands. To this end, your main missions will be:

Receiving requests via the After-Sales coordinator (1st response expected within 4h)

Management and follow-up of cases with the objective of finalizing them as quickly as possible (customer satisfaction)

Performing or assisting in the diagnosis of encountered problems

Identification of parts to be replaced and indication of references

Management and follow-up of placed orders

Reporting of training needs for customers/distributors

Reporting to the After-Sales Manager of new issues or alarming trends

Ensuring activity for colleagues in the workshop and field service by indicating cases requiring their intervention

Follow-up and updating of the CRM database, particularly following exchanges with customers/distributors

Coming from a Bac +2/+3 Maintenance type training (BUT GIM / GEII / Licence pro maintenance) or BTS Électrotechnique or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting complex electromechanical products and assemblies. You also possess significant experience in field support and customer assistance.

You possess excellent skills in the repair, troubleshooting, and remote diagnosis of equipment.

You have good customer relationship skills and proficiency in English.

Remuneration package between 30 and 38K gross annually.
