QHSE Site Manager (M/F)

We support companies and candidates through Recruitment and Interim services specialized in Technical and Scientific functions related to Industry.

We are looking for, for an industry based near Issoudun, a QHSE manager.

Reporting to the Management, you will take charge of the STEERING OF QUALITY, HSE, CONTROL AND LABORATORY ACTIVITIES, within a department of about twenty employees.

Your main missions will be to:

• MANAGE AND UNITE QHSE TEAMS, by supporting their

skill development and performance.

• GUARANTEE THE MAINTENANCE AND RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATIONS of the

site: ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 19443.

• Ensure PRODUCT COMPLIANCE, PROCESSES AND

PRACTICES with customer, regulatory and normative requirements.

• Drive NON-CONFORMITIES, COMPLAINTS AND ACTION PLANS,

within a continuous improvement approach.

• Foster and strengthen a TRUE QUALITY AND

SAFETY CULTURE among all site teams.

• Support Management and various departments on QHSE

STRATEGIC CHALLENGES and represent the company to customers, authorities and certification bodies.

You have at least 8 TO 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGERIAL QHSE FUNCTION, ideally acquired in a highly regulated industrial environment.

Recognized for your LEADERSHIP, YOUR ABILITY TO UNITE AND YOUR FIELD SENSE, you master project management and continuous improvement processes. PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH is indispensable.
