As HSE MANAGER, you will structure and lead the safety and prevention policy on a Group scale. You will guarantee the protection of employees, the security of infrastructure, and the reliability of prevention systems across all sites.

DEFINE AND LEAD GROUP SECURITY

• Define and deploy the Group's safety and security policy
• Identify and analyze risks related to sites, activities, and professional travel
• Implement safety procedures and standards applicable to subsidiaries
• Lead site safety audits and deploy infrastructure protection systems (access control, surveillance, securing)

ENSURE PREVENTION AND RISK MANAGEMENT

• Participate in incident management and crisis situations
• Develop and deploy crisis management and business continuity plans

GUARANTEE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE OF BUILDINGS

• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations regarding building safety
• Supervise mandatory inspections (fire safety, technical installations, security devices)

MANAGE GENERAL SERVICES AND HEADQUARTERS MAINTENANCE

• Manage service providers operating on site (maintenance, cleaning, green spaces, security)
• Monitor maintenance contracts and supervise works

Higher education BAC +3 TO BAC +5 in safety, risk management, general services, or infrastructure maintenance, or significant experience in these fields.

Proven experience in an INDUSTRIAL OR MULTI-SITE ENVIRONMENT, including the management of service providers and maintenance contracts.

International Context: FLUENT ENGLISH MANDATORY

Structure and deploy a Group security policy in order to anticipate risks and protect employees and infrastructure.

Establish a prevention culture, through innovative and impactful awareness actions.

Guarantee the proper functioning of the headquarters site, by managing maintenance and infrastructure quality.

Structure and manage technical providers and contracts, with a focus on service quality and cost optimization.

Provide Management with a clear vision of security issues, via structured reporting and risk analyses.
