A field manager, do you wish to drive the performance of a workshop while advancing teams and methods?

We are recruiting for our client, a subsidiary of an international group and a recognized player in the design and manufacture of PVC profiles for the construction sector, a Production Workshop Manager M/F.

Reporting to the Operational Director, you will take charge of managing manufacturing and packaging as well as managing five production teams.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Deploy the production plan and define the necessary human, material, and technical resources
• Organize and coordinate the various manufacturing phases
• Guarantee the continuity of flows, from supply to warehousing
• Drive objectives for safety, quality, deadlines, costs, and productivity
• Analyze indicators and implement improvement actions
• Drive progress plans and continuous improvement projects
• Manage and support five production teams
• Organize workloads, absences, leave, replacements, and rotations
• Ensure the application of safety and hygiene procedures and best practices
• Ensure activity reporting
• Collaborate with maintenance, methods, process, logistics, quality, and support services
• Participate in cross-functional site projects

YOUR PROFILE

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.

Experience in extrusion is indispensable for this recruitment. Knowledge of plasturgie is an asset.

You master operational management, production organization, and continuous improvement processes. You hold a minimum Lean Green Belt certification and a Responsable de Production certification.

Proficiency in GPAO, CFAO and CAO-DAO tools as well as digital tools and automatisms is required. Bilingual English required.

Your ability to unite, prioritize, anticipate, and make decisions will be essential in this role.
