Do you wish to lead industrialization projects in a demanding and international industrial environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a major player in the energy sector an Industrialization Engineer M/F based in Belfort.

Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, you will lead activities related to the industrialization of products and processes, associated qualifications, and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Your missions

• Lead industrialization projects related to new products, new processes, and site evolutions
• Plan projects according to production needs and integrate industrial risks
• Study technical solutions and write specifications
• Define and organize qualification plans
• Coordinate exchanges with design offices, methods, experts, and relevant teams
• Manage budgets, means, and resources necessary for qualifications
• Define standard times associated with new products or processes
• Ensure the monitoring and recording of qualifications
• Monitor safety, quality, and cost issues
• Propose and lead product and process improvement actions
• Perform technological monitoring and support the integration of new technologies
• Anticipate qualification obsolescence and ensure their continued validity

Profile sought

You hold a Bac +5 or equivalent in a technical field, or are an experienced technician in mechanics, electromechanics, maintenance, or production management.

You have at least 5 years of experience in methods, maintenance, or manufacturing. Experience in the assembly and testing of large-scale turbines or alternators is desired.

Expected skills

• Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, automation, hydraulics, maintenance, or manufacturing
• Knowledge of assembly, mounting, and testing processes for alternators
• Knowledge of measurement tools for large-scale parts
• Knowledge of dynamic balancing of large-scale turbines and alternators
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Mastery of planning and its tools
• Mastery of CAO tools
• Mastery of English

• Executive status (cadre) on a daily rate basis (forfait jours)
• 13-month remuneration
• Annual bonus
