Field Service Technician M/F

We are looking for a Field Service Technician M/F, on CDI, for our client, a specialist in their field, for their site based in Plailly (60).

Reporting to the BE Manager, here are the main challenges of your mission:

Carry out the implementation of equipment on client sites

Assemble and install equipment (except for energy connections which are carried out by the clients)

Prepare and adjust equipment for commissioning

Ensure training for operators for proper use of the equipment (for both technicians and client operators)

If necessary, carry out a pre-visit verification at the client's site in anticipation of a future installation

Perform trials and tests at the client's site within the framework of a simple and quick-to-implement technology

Complete and have the work order signed and transmit it to the relevant departments

Provide after-sales service, being able to intervene on all technical problems (electrical, mechanical... etc.)

Carry out curative or preventive interventions on site (technical preparation in advance required with documentation and equipment)

Transmit technical intervention reports

Manage the vehicle's spare parts stock and replenishment

Conduct audits for installed equipment

With a technical or higher education background in the field of industrial maintenance, you have at least 5 years of successful first experience in a similar position within an industrial sector.

You possess skills in various areas of industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, etc.). You are comfortable performing operational diagnostics and checking machines, installations, and equipment.

Proficiency in English is necessary.

Travel possible for up to 2 consecutive weeks. If no travel, you work on site.
