Project Manager (M/F)

We support companies and candidates through Recruitment and Temporary Staffing services specialized in Technical and Scientific functions related to Industry.

Reporting to the management and in direct link with the commercial, technical, production, and quality departments, you will ensure the management of a portfolio of projects with a high technical dimension. Your main missions are as follows:

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Management of a portfolio of complex, long-cycle projects related to the development of technical products,
• Monitoring of schedules (Gantt type) and associated budgets,
• Interface with clients and coordination of internal teams (design office, production, quality, etc.),
• Facilitator role in the conduct and progress of projects,
• Analysis, evaluation, and risk management,
• Project administration monitoring: drafting reports, updating documentation, reporting, etc.

CONTRIBUTION TO THE QUALITY APPROACH:

• Monitoring and management of quality documentation related to projects or specific client requirements,
• Participation in the maintenance and improvement of the quality system, particularly within the framework of the ISO 9001 standard.

INTER-DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION:

• Cross-functional collaboration with design office, methods, production, quality, and commercial teams.

SUPPORT FOR SERVICE DIGITALIZATION:

• Participation in digitalization and continuous improvement actions: dematerialization, automation, implementation of indicators, etc.

• Training level BAC +3 MINIMUM in QUALITY MANAGEMENT or PROJECT MANAGEMENT,
• Good mastery of the ISO 9001 STANDARD,
• EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, team spirit,
• DYNAMISM, RIGOR, and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS are essential.

MASTERY OF ENGLISH (reading, writing, speaking) is required and will be EVALUATED DURING THE INTERVIEW.

AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in quality within an INDUSTRIAL environment is expected (apprenticeship periods may be taken into account). Knowledge of sectors such as ELECTRONICS, ELECTRICITY, MECHANICS, OR HYDRAULICS is an asset.
