At the interface of the COMMERCIAL, TECHNICAL AND PRODUCTION/QUALITY departments, you will ensure the management of a portfolio of complex technical projects.
Your main missions:
- Manage projects: PLANNING, BUDGET, RISKS AND COORDINATION of teams.
- Be the PRIVILEGED INTERLOCUTOR FOR THE CLIENT and ensure coordination with internal departments.
- Facilitate and secure project progress.
- Manage project QUALITY DOCUMENTATION:
- Quality plans, risk analyses, AMDEC, end-of-manufacturing reports...
- Verification of the quality part of design files.
- Organize FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTS (FAT).
- Ensure project administration and monitoring: documentation, minutes, indicators...
- Participate in QUALITY MANAGEMENT and the monitoring of the ISO 9001 system.
- Contribute to the DIGITALIZATION OF SERVICES: dematerialization, automation, creation of indicators.
- Work transversally with the BUREAU D'ÉTUDES, QUALITY, METHODS/PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIAL departments.
Approximately 30 % OF CLIENTS ARE ANGLOPHONE, requiring regular exchanges in English.
The missions are EVOLVING AND NON-EXHAUSTIVE, depending on the needs of the organization and the skills of the employee.
- Training BAC+5 MINIMUM (Engineering school or Master 2), with a focus on QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND/OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- Good mastery of the ISO 9001 standard.
- ENGLISH READING, WRITING AND SPEAKING indispensable, evaluated during the interview.
- ORGANIZATION, RIGOR AND AUTONOMY.
- Good INTERPERSONAL SKILLS and a dynamic attitude.
Industrial experience in ELECTRONICS, ELECTRICITY, MECHANICS OR HYDRAULICS is an asset.
