Our client, a fast-growing group in the consulting sector, is looking for a Senior HR Manager/SIRH (M/F) based in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92) on a CDI contract.
As part of the firm's activity deployment, the company is looking for an HR Manager with expertise in HR Access. You will work alongside Human Resources Directorates to support them in their digital transformation and payroll management optimization projects.
To this end, your missions will be as follows:
Participate in the strategic alignment of the Human Resources Directorate with the challenges related to payroll management, regulatory compliance, and HR digital transformation; Conduct opportunity studies, analyze business needs; Contribute to the definition of HR and SIRH master plans by proposing target organizations, transformation trajectories, and solutions adapted to complex environments; Manage all HR Access projects; Supervise evolution and propose continuous improvement accordingly; Supervise and develop the skills of project teams while contributing to the development of HR Access expertise within the firm/company;
Your profile:
Master's degree (Bac + 5), with 8 to 15 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or at an end client; You have HR Access expertise and know the payroll field; Ability to manage complex projects and intervene on cross-functional topics; Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory; You are recognized as rigorous, autonomous, reactive, and having a sense of priorities; A taste for digital transformation and innovation in HR;
Remuneration:
55,000 - 65,000K gross annual + variable + participation Executive status position under a flat-rate agreement (forfait) Teleworking possible depending on the client you are working with Position based in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92)
