Our client is a French industrial group located in SAÔNE-ET-LOIRE with an international dimension, recognized for its expertise in the design and implementation of high value-added technical solutions.
In a context of development and structuring of its activities, we are recruiting an INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS MANAGER M/F to supervise a team of project managers and contribute directly to the performance of operations.
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Department, you are the PROJECT ACTIVITY REFERENT and support a team of project managers in the management of their business.
In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be to:
- MANAGE AND SUPPORT A TEAM OF PROJECT MANAGERS: organization, skill development, setting objectives, interviews, daily support;
- Manage the alignment between WORKLOAD, RESOURCES AND PRIORITIES of the activity;
- Guarantee the application of PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODS AND BEST PRACTICES;
- Support project managers on CONTRACTUAL, FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL matters;
- Participate in launch reviews and various project steering bodies;
- Intervene in SUPPORT ON SENSITIVE OR HIGH-STAKES FILES, particularly in the relationship with clients;
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and the PRESERVATION OF BUSINESS PROFITABILITY;
- Supervise the monitoring of budgets, deadlines, progress, and main risks;
- Ensure REGULAR REPORTING TO THE MANAGEMENT and work transversally with the different departments of the company.
You have a BAC+5 education, ideally an engineer with a specialization in electrical engineering, electrotechnics or a close technical field. You have a Bac+5 education, ideally an engineer with a specialization in electrical engineering, electrotechnics or a close technical field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in managing industrial projects, ideally with a first significant experience in managing a team of project managers or technical profiles.
We are looking for a person who masters in particular:
industrial business management; monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and profitability; contractual management and client relations; management and support of teams; reporting and management by indicators.
Professional English is indispensable.
Mastery of an ERP or project management tools is also a plus.
