Our client, a French Maison operating in the premium fashion universe and driven by a strong development dynamic, is looking for its future Pattern Making Manager Ready-to-Wear M/F.
At the heart of the Product Department and in close collaboration with the Style Studio, you will hold a key position in the creation and development of collections. Your role: to bring creative intentions to life and translate them into perfectly constructed products, guaranteeing the accuracy of cuts, volumes, proportions, and fit.
You will intervene throughout the entire cycle: volume development from sketches, pattern making, transformations and grading, organization of fittings, analysis of prototypes, and technical corrections. You will accompany each model until its validation and production heads, while providing your expertise on the patterns proposed by suppliers.
In regular interaction with international workshops and partners, particularly in Asia, you will secure the quality of developments and ensure the faithful translation of the Studio's intentions.
As the technical referent for your scope, you will be a source of proposals regarding constructions, technical choices, and the feasibility of models. You will also contribute to the transmission of know-how by supporting the skill development of a more junior pattern maker.

You are, above all, an expert in the product and Ready-to-Wear pattern making, with a true fashion sensitivity and the desire to put your technical mastery at the service of a demanding creative universe.
With a background in pattern making, fashion, or equivalent, you ideally have at least 5 years of experience in Ready-to-Wear pattern making. Experience acquired in a recognized Maison or on premium/high-end collections will be a real asset, without necessarily closing the door to different backgrounds possessing an excellent technical level.
You master pattern making, grading, fitting, and product construction, and know how to work with different typologies of pieces and materials. Autonomous, you are capable of interpreting a sketch, constructing or correcting a pattern, analyzing a prototype, and accompanying the model until its final validation.
Beyond your expertise, we are looking for a personality capable of challenging, proposing, and finding solutions. You appreciate proximity to stylists, know how to translate a creative intention into a technically feasible response, and are comfortable in environments where pace, high standards, and agility go hand in hand.
Experience with international suppliers, particularly Asian ones, will be appreciated, and fluent English is indispensable.
