In a demanding and moving retail environment, you will act as a true HR right hand, capable of alternating between global steering and daily management of field issues.
In this capacity, you will:
- Manage recruitment in close connection with operational teams, adapting approaches to the specificities of retail (network, boutiques, headquarters functions)
- Structure and deploy talent development systems (training, evaluations, performance)
- Supervise personnel administration and payroll (collection, control, coordination with service providers)
- Support managers on a daily basis regarding their HR issues, with strong field proximity
- Implement and monitor HR indicators allowing for fine-tuned activity steering
- Contribute to the structuring of internal communication and the dissemination of company culture

With a higher education background in Human Resources and/or social law, you have at least 10 years of experience in a generalist HR function, imperatively acquired in a retail environment. You master its codes, operational constraints, and human challenges (network, pace, seasonality, field proximity).
You have evolved in positions combining both steering and a strong operational dimension, and are comfortable in contexts where it is necessary to be involved at all levels of the organization.
Endowed with excellent relational intelligence, you know how to position yourself as a trusted partner, capable of interacting with various stakeholders, including working closely with a founding Management. You demonstrate discretion, maturity, and a high-level perspective.
Agile, reactive, and structured, you are recognized for your ability to simultaneously manage multiple subjects, without losing rigor or quality of execution. You are also proactive and comfortable in transforming environments.
A sensitivity to creative and demanding universes constitutes a real asset.
