As part of its growth and ongoing structuring, our client is looking for its future Management Controller M/F.
You will work with various French and international entities and contribute directly to performance management.
Your main missions will be to:
- Produce and ensure the reliability of monthly consolidated results and various Group reportings.
- Analyze variances vs budget and N-1, identify challenges, and formulate recommendations for Management.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and 5-year Business Plans.
- Support site directors and financial relays in analyzing their performance.
- Contribute to the harmonization of practices and the evolution of management tools, particularly within the framework of the Group ERP deployment.
- Participate in the development of BI/EPM reportings and the improvement of processes.
- Manage and consolidate extra-financial data: carbon footprint, CSR/CSRD indicators, and associated reportings.
Beyond data production, you will adopt a true BUSINESS PARTNER posture, with the objective of transforming figures into decision-making levers.
With a higher education background in Finance / Management Control, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally acquired in an industrial, multi-site, and international environment.
You master the fundamentals of management control and are particularly comfortable with Excel and reporting tools. An interest in ERP, BI/EPM tools, and IT transformation projects is expected. Knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus, though not indispensable.
Rigorous and reliable, you know how to check the consistency and origin of data before analyzing it. Above all, you are capable of going beyond reporting: understanding variances, identifying challenges, formulating recommendations, and defending them to the relevant stakeholders.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with site directors, financial teams, and operational stakeholders, both in France and internationally. You are assertive enough to challenge data and practices, while knowing how to work in a team.
You appreciate environments undergoing transformation, where processes and tools are still being built and where you must demonstrate flexibility, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
