As part of a new position creation, our client is looking for a Accountant / Financial Supervisor (M/F) to take charge of the company's accounting, tax, and social management and to actively contribute to the structuring of its financial management.

Reporting directly to the Management, you will operate with a high level of autonomy over a complete scope. You will ensure the maintenance of the accounting: entry and control of transactions (purchases, sales, banks, OD), bank reconciliations, analysis and justification of balance sheet accounts, closing work, and preparation/elaboration of tax returns.

You will also take charge of the company's tax obligations: TVA, annual declarations, calculation of IS, provisional installments, taxes, and regulatory monitoring.

Furthermore, your scope includes a social dimension with the preparation of payslips, the integration and control of payroll variables, the maintenance of payroll journals and books, as well as collaboration with HR on administrative declarations.

Beyond accounting production, you will participate in FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT by producing and ensuring the reliability of monitoring indicators, particularly regarding turnover, budgets, and cash flow.

Finally, a true challenge of this new position, you will contribute to DIGITALIZING AND AUTOMATING ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL PROCESSES: optimization of tools, creation of bridges between data, and development of reliable and scalable reporting for the Management.

Coming from higher education in accounting/management with a minimum of Bac+2 to Bac+3 level (BTS CG, BUT GEA, DCG or equivalent), you have significant experience allowing you to be AUTONOMOUS IN GENERAL ACCOUNTING, ideally acquired in a company or in an environment that allowed you to manage several dimensions of the function.

You master accounting and tax mechanisms and are capable of intervening in routine operations as well as in closing work, account analysis, tax declarations, and the preparation or establishment of a tax return.

Real knowledge of PAYROLL AND THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT is also expected: you must be sufficiently operational to prepare payslips, manage variables, and work effectively with the HR function.

But this position is also aimed at a profile that wishes to go beyond mere accounting production. You have a strong appetite for TOOLS, DATA, AUTOMATION, AND THE DIGITALIZATION OF PROCESSES. You like to ensure information reliability, optimize working methods, and build monitoring tools useful for decision-making.

Comfortable with numbers, you also know how to take a step back to analyze a budget, monitor cash flow, and produce relevant dashboards for Management.

Autonomy, rigor, confidentiality, and adaptability will be essential to succeed in this NEW POSITION WITH HIGH VISIBILITY TO THE MANAGEMENT.

Given the company's environment, A GOOD LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS EXPECTED.
