IT Project Manager (M/F)

In this context, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to work on a critical application scope related to automobile assistance.

Your missions

Reporting to the Systems and Innovation Department, you will act as an orchestrator for a strategic application scope, with high business and group exposure.

In this capacity, you will:

• Drive the IT roadmap with business teams (MOA/AMOA), from scoping to production
• Analyze, qualify, and prioritize needs, with a technical vision
• Coordinate a development team on a managed services basis (4 senior developers), ensuring animation, prioritization, and removal of blockers
• Supervise delivery (quality, deadlines, budget) and challenge technical choices
• Ensure the operational maintenance of critical applications
• Manage transverse topics: incidents, obsolescence, security, quality
• Interact with group teams in an international context
• Prepare and lead project committees and contribute to governance
• Act as a proactive proposer for technological evolutions and continuous improvement
• Possess a solid culture in software development to exchange with developers, challenge technical choices, and facilitate decision-making.

With a higher education background (engineering school or equivalent), you have at least 6 years of experience in IT project management and must come from a software development background, with significant experience as a developer.

You stand out by:

• A real ability to manage complex projects, with a global and structured vision
• Natural leadership allowing you to animate and challenge technical teams, even without a direct hierarchical link
• A strong ability to interact with business units, and a keen sense of business value
• Ease in demanding, dynamic, and highly critical environments
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills

Operational English (at least upper-intermediate) is indispensable for interacting with international teams.
