We are therefore looking for a BIM COORDINATOR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS M/F

• MANAGE DESIGN STUDIES

• Supervise technical studies, verify written documents,

propose relevant technical and economic variants, and ensure the quality of the deliverables produced

• Coordinate the various internal stakeholders (drafters,

engineers) and external stakeholders (architects, companies)

• Contribute to the organization of studies in connection with the

Engineering Manager

• PERFORM THE WRITING OF WRITTEN DOCUMENTS

• Write technical notices and specifications
• Work on the cost estimation of project works
• Analyze contractor bids (ACT phase)

• DRIVE PROJECT COORDINATION

• Ensure coordination between the various stakeholders

(internal teams, subcontractors, clients)

• Develop and monitor project schedules while guaranteeing

compliance with deadlines

• Manage the allocated budget and optimize the necessary resources
• Provide regular reporting on project progress

to management

• Identify and manage project-related risks in order to anticipate

potential problems

• Participate in the continuous improvement of project management

processes within the company

Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field

Significant experience in a similar position, ideally in the technical sector

Proven skills in project management and mastery of associated tools (scheduling software, budget management)

Ideally holding field experience

Language: Fluent English
