Our client, a leading international group specializing in the importation and distribution of fresh products (fruits and vegetables), is looking for an IMPORT / TRANSPORT SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR M/F to join its teams in Rungis.

Your missions:

  • Coordinate and manage international transport and supply flows (maritime, road, air) with freight forwarders

and carriers.

  • Ensure the daily interface in English with international suppliers,

shippers, and production sites.

  • Monitor customs clearance procedures and control the

compliance of regulatory and phytosanitary documents.

  • Directly manage shipping contingencies, delivery delays, and the

handling of transport disputes in just-in-time flows.

  • Rigorously ensure compliance with the cold chain, hygiene standards, and delivery deadlines specific to perishable goods.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (OTIF,

service rate, transport costs) using Excel / ERP.

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Supply Chain

operational processes.

Profile sought:

Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Transport Management and Logistics, with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in international import/transport management.

You are reactive, autonomous, rigorous, and possess a great capacity for decision-making when faced with just-in-time flow contingencies. You must demonstrate FLUENT PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH (daily oral and written exchanges) and a very good mastery of the Pack Office (notably Excel). Experience in the agri-food sector, fresh products, or temperature-controlled products is a decisive asset.
