SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

  • Analyze needs arising from customer orders and ongoing projects.
  • Manage manufacturing orders and scheduling.
  • Establish and maintain supply and production plans.
  • Coordinate inter-company flows between the different entities of the group.
  • Ensure the monitoring of material and component needs.
  • Identify risks of shortage or delay and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in workload forecasting and sales forecasting.
  • Monitor logistics performance indicators and service rates.

PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

  • Place and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Follow up with suppliers and ensure the monitoring of acknowledgments of receipt.
  • Control compliance with supplier deadlines.
  • Manage emergency situations related to procurement.
  • Analyze and process reception discrepancies (quantity, reference, deadline).

CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT

  • Plan production according to customer deadlines.
  • Ensure order monitoring until delivery.
  • Respond to customer requests regarding deadlines, availability, and progress.

You will also intervene in transport management, stock management, and the transverse management of three technicians.

You have significant experience in procurement, planning, and supply chain management in a broad sense within an industrial environment.

You have a fluent level of English allowing you to communicate easily with foreign interlocutors.
