International Chartering Manager (M/F)

TALENTS ADV-SUPPLY, a national recruitment firm specializing in ADV, Sales Assistance, Import/Export, Customer Relations, Logistics, Transport, Purchasing, and Supply Chain professions.

Our client, a player in international transport, is looking for its future International Chartering Manager.

You will manage the chartering activity in its entirety, with a key role in the economic performance of the department, business development, and team leadership.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Manage and optimize chartering operations with a focus on profitability and quality of service
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients and charterers
• Monitor performance indicators and identify levers for improvement
• Manage the budget and optimize department costs
• Recruit, support, and manage your team on a daily basis

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher education in transport and/or commerce
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of the market, pricing, and subcontractors
• Mastery of transport regulations and good notions in management/finance
• Fluent English required
• Management experience is essential
• A client portfolio is a plus
• Leadership, result-oriented mindset, and ability to unite teams

CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION:

Desired start date: ASAP, notice period possible Contract: CDI - 37.5h/week + 1 RTT/month

Remuneration:

Fixed: 40-45K EUR gross annual over 12 months + annual bonus paid in December pro rata to time present during the year Benefits: Restaurant vouchers 9 EUR (60% employer contribution), group health insurance
