• Manage a team of 4 SALES ADMINISTRATION MANAGERS.
• Supervise sales administration.
• Drive supplier and customer orders.
• Organize procurement.
• Guarantee billing compliance.
• Manage rejections and debt collection.
• Implement KPIs and reporting.
• Structure and formalize procedures.
• Optimize Sales Administration flows.
• Act as the point of contact for various internal departments.
• Participate in ERP evolution projects.
• Support international development

• Management experience
• Sales Administration experience, ideally in Mass Retail or

retail * Operational English (Written / Oral)
