OPERATIONS & ADV COORDINATOR (M/F) - CDI
A company specialized in the maintenance of high-precision medical equipment is looking for an Operations & Sales Administration Coordinator to strengthen coordination between teams and optimize operations.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Coordinate exchanges between sales, logistics, technical and administrative teams.
- Ensure the follow-up of client files and operations via a CRM.
- Monitor priorities, resolve bottlenecks and guarantee compliance with deadlines.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the monitoring of performance indicators.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Management, Supply Chain, ADV, Logistics or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational coordination, ADV, logistics or flow management.
- Professional English and excellent mastery of Excel.
- Organized, reactive, possessing good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of priorities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
