Our client, a company in the industrial sector, is looking for its future Assistant ADV Import-Export in a CDI:
THE MISSIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- Assist sales representatives with their offers and file follow-up
- Provide information to customers and suppliers
- Management of export/import orders (from entry to invoicing) according to international rules
- Logistics follow-up and coordination with customers, carriers, and customs
- Issuance of export documents (incoterms, certificates, BL, etc.)
- Handling of disputes, issuance of credit notes
- Processing of returns and loan requests
- Versatility is essential within the France customer service department
PROFILE:
- Bac+2/+3 in international trade or equivalent (mastery of incoterms, documentary credit, international logistics)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Professional English required (B2)
- Strong commercial orientation
- Rigor, team spirit, customer focus, reactivity
CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION:

REMUNERATION:
- Fixed: 28-36KEUR gross annual on 12 months
