Replenishment Planner - Food Industry M/F

TALENTS ADV-SUPPLY, a national recruitment firm specialized in ADV, Sales Assistant, Import/Export, Customer Relations, Logistics, Transport, Purchasing and Supply Chain professions.

Our client, a growing family-owned SME specializing in Organic food products, is looking for its future Replenishment Planner M/F to strengthen its Purchasing team.

Integrated into the Purchasing department, you are GUARANTEED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS necessary for the company's activity, while respecting COST, QUALITY, QUANTITY AND DEADLINE objectives.

Your daily routine will be driven by needs, orders, stock levels, supplier lead times and potential logistical issues.

Your objective: ANTICIPATE, SECURE AND OPTIMIZE REPLENISHMENT, while avoiding stockouts and overstocking.

Your main responsibilities

• MANAGE REPLENISHMENT: analyze needs, place

orders and ensure compliance with deadlines, DLC/DDM and quality constraints.

• MONITOR SUPPLIERS: follow-ups, management of delays, delivery

discrepancies and logistical issues.

• OPTIMIZE STOCKS: anticipate stockouts and overstocking, adjust

order quantities and frequencies.

• COORDINATE THE Teams: Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Sales and

Production.

• CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF PROCESSES AND TOOLS,

notably within the framework of the ERP evolution.

A position with a real project dimension

The company is evolving its tools and you will actively participate in the IMPLEMENTATION OF THE "REPLENISHMENT" MODULE OF THE NEW ERP.

Your affinity for IT tools, your mastery of Excel and your ability to be PROACTIVE will therefore be genuine assets.

Your profile

With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+4/5 in SUPPLY CHAIN, PURCHASING, LOGISTICS OR REPLENISHMENT, you ideally have an initial experience of 2 TO 3 YEARS IN REPLENISHMENT, PURCHASING OR SUPPLY CHAIN.

• Comfortable managing a large volume of references

and suppliers.

• Reactive, organized and endowed with a true sense of

anticipation.

• Diplomatic and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with EXCEL and IT tools.
• Proactive and interested in process

improvement.

• Capable of adapting to an evolving environment and

supporting an ERP change.

• Comfortable in an INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT and possessing

FLUENT ENGLISH.

Experience in the FOOD INDUSTRY, management of perishable products or an environment subject to DLC constraints is a genuine asset.
