TALENTS ADV-SUPPLY, a national recruitment firm specialized in ADV, Sales Assistance, Import/Export, Customer Relations, Logistics, Transport, Purchasing and Supply Chain professions.

Items managed on stock and manufacturing order:

• Generate supplier orders after analysis
• Mastery of operations related to Manufacturing Orders and Assembly Orders
• Class A: particular attention to be paid to this type of high-rotation product.

• Class C: alert supervisor when consumption and MOQ deviate too much. Limit stock value, the risk of depreciation.

• Items managed to order: generate supplier orders based on customer orders.

• MONITOR STOCKOUTS

• Supplier follow-up to obtain better lead times for references from the daily Activity file where a stockout within 10 days appears.
• Analysis of the causes of this stockout and implementation of corrective actions to avoid the recurrence of these cases.

• BE PROACTIVE CONCERNING SUPPLIERS TO AVOID STOCKOUTS.

• Sending portfolios, primarily for suppliers with irregular deliveries.
• Communicating priorities if production capacity requires it.
• Organizing regular telephone meetings.

• ANALYZE SYSTEM PARAMETERS AND PROVIDE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS TO OPTIMIZE STOCK.

• MOQ;

• UPDATE DAILY AND WEEKLY INDICATORS

• Daily: Daily activity tracking status (immediate stockout, stockout in 10 days, orders to reschedule, stock value)

• have 5 years of experience in a similar position
• speak and read German
• have knowledge in Supply Chain and understand incoterms
• master an ERP
• have an intermediate level in Excel
