International Freight Forwarder (M/F)

TALENTS ADV-SUPPLY, a national recruitment firm specialized in ADV, Sales Assistance, Import/Export, Customer Relations, Logistics, Transport, Purchasing, and Supply Chain professions.

Our client, a player in international transport, is looking for its future International Freight Forwarder.

At the heart of operations, you will coordinate transport flows in Europe while developing satisfaction and loyalty within your client portfolio.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Organize transport and coordinate between clients and carriers
• Negotiate transport services and optimize margins
• Manage the proper execution of operations: deadlines, costs, and quality
• Manage disputes and anticipate potential malfunctions
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients and prospects

_Environment: 100% road transport, mainly in Europe_

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum Bac+2 in commerce or transport
• First experience in freight forwarding or transport organization
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of transport regulations and European geography
• Commercial sense, taste for negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, rigorous, reactive, and endowed with good analytical skills

CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION:

Desired start date: ASAP

Contract: CDI - 37.5h/week - 1 RTT/month

Remuneration:

Fixed: 35-40K EUR gross annual over 13 months depending on profile and experience
