Recruiter wanted for a staffing company in the hotel industry

Our company, specializing in the staffing of 4★ and 5★ hotels, is looking for a Recruiter to strengthen our team.

We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional, with real experience in Recruitment and the desire to evolve in an international environment.

Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is not required. Specialization in hospitality recruitment will be acquired through daily collaboration and your training within our team.

Main responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels and tools.
• Evaluating CVs and conducting interviews/screening calls.
• Communication and daily management of candidates at all stages of the process.
• Managing multiple open positions and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Entering and systematically updating candidates and processes in the ATS/Recruitment CRM.
• Collaborating with the team to cover the needs of our clients.
• Maintaining professional and immediate communication with candidates and partners throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Recruitment, either in a recruitment agency or an in-house environment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and communicating with candidates.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort in communicating with a large number of candidates and the ability to effectively manage multiple positions at the same time.
• Proactive approach, consistency, and goal orientation.
• Familiarity with ATS, Recruitment CRM, sourcing tools, or similar recruitment platforms will be considered a significant advantage.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Italian or Spanish at a Professional Working Proficiency level will be particularly appreciated. An excellent level is not required, but candidates with the ability for professional communication in the specific language will be preferred.
