Project Management Officer

Project Management:

Manage the entire Assessment Center process, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Oversee the flow of Assessment Centers and guarantee the timely delivery of products.

Coordinate with assessors involved in the project to maintain a smooth workflow.

Technical Support:

Ensure operational excellence in administering the Talentlytica dashboard for clients.

Act as the primary contact for resolving issues raised by assessors or client admins, providing standby support for technical troubleshooting.

Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.

Assessment Execution:

Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.

Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.

Domicile : Jabodetabek

Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

Proven experience in project management, particularly in psychological assessments. (Assessment Center is a plus)

Have experience in customer success activities

Strong organizational and communication skills.

High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively
