Job Description:
- Maintenance Strategy: You will review and create preventive and predictive maintenance plans to prevent failures.
- Team Coordination: Shift planning, capacity management, and expert guidance of a small team of technicians.
- Technical Supervision: Fault diagnostics, supervision of repairs, and machine optimization (mechanics, elektro, pneumatics).
- Data Management and Records: Evaluating KPI and reporting results.
- Warehouse and Suppliers: Ensuring spare parts, communication with external companies, and managing the TPM budget.
- Modernization: Active implementation of 5S and Poka-Yoke methods into daily practice.
Requirements:
- Expertise: Valid certification according to NV 194/2022 Sb. (formerly vyhláška 50), min. § 7.
- Experience: Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment is a necessity.
- Technical Thinking: Ability to read drawings and manuals (elektro, hydraulics, automation).
- Languages: English at a level where you can communicate with suppliers or understand a technical manual.
- Personality: Natural authority for team coordination and a proactive approach to improvement.
