Calibration Engineer

Your tasks

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Technician for a reputed company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in calibration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of measuring instruments and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform calibration, testing, and maintenance of various measuring instruments and equipment. - Conduct routine inspections and ensure instruments meet required accuracy and performance standards. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to calibration equipment. - Maintain accurate calibration records, reports, and technical documentation. - Follow established calibration procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. - Assist in maintaining calibration schedules and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. - Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of measuring instruments.

Requirements

Required Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in calibration or instrumentation. Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in calibration, testing, and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• Good knowledge of calibration procedures, measuring equipment, and technical documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify technical faults.
• Experience in maintaining accurate calibration records and reports.
• Understanding of instrument accuracy, measurement standards, and quality control procedures.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Preferred: Candidates with relevant industrial calibration experience and familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
