Digital Content Executive
Boulder Planet, an indoor climbing gym, is seeking a creative Digital Content Executive passionate about climbing to produce engaging visual and multimedia content for various social media platforms. This multifaceted role also requires active involvement in gym operations and delivering excellent customer service, combining content creation with on-the-ground support.
💼 Responsibilities
- Independently plan, develop, and produce engaging visual and multimedia content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Ideate creative campaign concepts and turn them into posts, Reels, stories, and more.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots that capture climbing, events, and community life.
- Edit content into high-quality deliverables suited to each platform.
- Capture and share authentic stories of our climbers and the brand.
- Manage and organise digital assets (photos, videos, design files).
- Monitor global and local Indonesian social media trends and proactively suggest new content ideas.
- Take on operations responsibilities, including customer service, event support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day gym activities.
- Work closely with the team to foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere.
✅ Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder with a strong portfolio or personal projects in content creation.
- Hands-on experience producing content for social media (through internships, school projects, freelance work, or personal channels).
- Proficient in content creation software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Proficient in content creation hardware (e.g., DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, tripods/gimbals, lighting kits, and audio equipment).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) for local content and community engagement.
- English proficiency is a must.
