Your main challenge will be to drive commercial growth in the area, prospecting mining companies, developing an active portfolio, and building long-term relationships through a strong field presence.

What will be your mission?

To detect and develop new business opportunities with companies in the mining sector, strengthening relationships with current clients and reactivating accounts with growth potential.

Main functions and challenges

• Prospect companies and clients in the mining sector.
• Generate new opportunities through commercial field visits.
• Manage and develop an active client portfolio.
• Strengthen and build loyalty in relationships with current clients.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and clients.
• Identify needs and identify commercial opportunities.
• Register and maintain updated client follow-up in CRM and ERP.
• Meet established commercial objectives and indicators.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales and commercial prospecting.
• Experience developing business with companies in the mining sector.
• Knowledge of the mining market and commercial relationship management with clients in the area.
• Experience managing and developing active portfolios.
• Technical or professional training in commercial areas, Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related careers.
• Management of CRM and ERP.
• Intermediate level Excel.
• Intermediate written and spoken English.
• Valid Class B driver's license, mandatory requirement.
• Residence or availability to work in Calama.
