Logistics and Foreign Trade Engineer (Exports)

Job Objective: Manage and optimize national and international export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency in logistics costs, and correct coordination with customs agents, carriers, and internal teams, guaranteeing timely and proper deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Foreign Trade operations (preferably in exports).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs legislation, and international logistics.
• Experience in customs clearance processes and documentation (pedimentos, commercial invoices, certificates, etc.).
• Proficiency in SAP or logistics ERP.
• Intermediate–advanced English
• Ability to analyze logistics costs and transport routes.
• Experience in coordination with customs agents and logistics providers.
• Schedule availability.

Main Activities

• Coordinate and supervise national and international export operations.
• Manage customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze transport costs, tariffs, and taxes for expense optimization.
• Evaluate and select strategic carriers.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and propose preventive actions.
• Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery times, costs, efficiency).
• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and providers.
• Follow up on inventories and delivery scheduling.
