DESCRIPTION
Your missions:
Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will intervene on the following missions:
- Supervise the production of monthly analytical results.
- Ensure the monitoring of the profit and loss (P&L) statement by desk.
- Analyze in detail the revenues as well as the main expenses of the entity and its branches.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reportings for the Board of Directors.
- Guarantee monthly budget monitoring: identification, analysis, and explanation of variances.
- Manage the calculation, accounting, and payment of Front Office bonuses.
- Supervise the production of regulatory reportings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (automation and simplification of department tasks).
- Write / update associated procedures.
- Manage the management control team (organization and distribution of tasks, performance monitoring, and evaluation).
REQUIREMENTS
This position is for you if:
- You have a degree in higher education in finance and/or accounting, providing you with a solid technical base.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in management control, allowing you to intervene with perspective and expertise in complex environments.
- You have already managed teams for at least 5 years and fully enjoy the role of manager and talent developer.
- You move with ease in the banking and/or financial sector, ideally within demanding international environments.
- You use English regularly in a professional context and are able to interact in a multicultural environment.
