Accounting Manager / Interim Manager M/F

DESCRIPTION

Context

In a context of reorganization within the Finance Department, you will join an international group specializing in the BtoB distribution of semi-finished products. You will supervise the accounting team (2 to 3 people) and guarantee the reliability and compliance of the accounts for the two companies in the group.

Your missions

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, your main missions will be:

• Manage the accounting team: organization, objectives, performance monitoring, and skills development.
• Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings and guarantee the reliability of the accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and prepare tax filings.
• Supervise tax and social declarations: VAT, IS, various taxes.
• Ensure the relationship with statutory auditors, tax administrations, and internal auditors.
• Ensure accounting and tax monitoring and update internal procedures.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and tools (ERP).

REQUIREMENTS

This position is for you if: With a higher education background in Accounting, you have approximately 5 years of experience in an interim manager role. You possess a good level of English, both written and spoken. You master French accounting and tax standards and master accounting ERPs. Rigorous, autonomous, and organized, you have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to work with different stakeholders. Operational and accustomed to change, you enjoy implementing and evolving processes.
