Management Controller M/F
DESCRIPTION
Context
In a context of reorganization within the Finance Department, you will join an international group specializing in the distribution of semi-finished products in BtoB. You will support the management of two entities and participate in the structuring of management control. As a true Business Partner, you will contribute to performance monitoring and the improvement of profitability.
Your missions
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will specifically work on:
- The implementation of KPI, reporting, and performance management tools.
- The monitoring of turnover, margins, costs, and profitability by activity, client, or project.
- Budgetary control and variance analysis by department.
- Participation in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- P&L analysis and the production of financial analyses for the Management.
- Supporting operational teams in monitoring their performance and profitability challenges.
- Taking over and improving existing processes as well as ensuring the reliability of financial data.
- The automation and evolution of dashboards and reporting tools.
- Participation in the evolution of financial tools and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
This position is for you if: With a higher education background in Finance or Management Control, you have approximately 5 years of experience, ideally in a structured and business-oriented environment. You have perfect mastery of Excel; an appetite for BI, automation, and AI is a plus. You possess a good level of English, both written and spoken. Agile, dynamic, and proactive, you have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to work with various stakeholders. Operational and autonomous, you enjoy implementing and evolving processes.

Organization: position based in Paris 11e, close to Nation and Gare de Lyon, teleworking possible up to 2 days per week after integration. Occasional travel is to be expected to Lieusaint (77), Belgium, and the North.
