DESCRIPTION

Under the direct responsibility of the Group CFO, you will notably intervene on the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

  • Participate in monthly closings in collaboration with the accounting teams and produce financial reporting for French activities.
  • Control analytical allocations, ensure the monitoring of financial indicators, and contribute to the reliability of management data.
  • Calculate and monitor various tax and financial mechanisms (CIR, IP Box, license royalties, etc.) in connection with operational teams and external advisors.
  • Supervise and control the group's intercompany flows (management fees, licenses, intra-group services), ensure their reconciliation and reporting.
  • Be the primary contact for the consolidation service provider and participate in the control of subsidiary trial balances before integration.
  • Support operational managers in the analysis of their financial performance and ensure consistency between financial and commercial reporting.
  • Perform profitability analyses, ad hoc financial studies, as well as cost analyses for the Management.
  • Actively participate in the group's financial transformation projects, notably ERP migration, reporting automation, and the harmonization of international processes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Group steering tools as well as the development of cash flow forecasting models.

REQUIREMENTS

With a higher education background in Finance, Management, or Audit (Master's degree), you have at least 5 years of experience, ideally acquired in an audit firm. You possess solid knowledge in accounting, financial analysis, consolidation, and Group reporting. You have perfect mastery of Excel and are comfortable with reporting tools and ERP environments. A professional level of English is indispensable to evolve in this international context.
